About the role
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the effective management of the organization's human resources in accordance with organizational policies, applicable labour laws, donor requirements, and best practices. The position supports recruitment, staff administration, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, staff welfare, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Officer contributes to creating a professional, inclusive, safe, and productive working environment that enables the organization to achieve its mission and program objectives.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, with a Post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management
- A post graduate diploma in HRM is an added advantage.
- Professional Human Resource Certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2-5 years general working experience in Human resource practice as Human Resource officer
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in learning and development from a reputable Institution
